Lots of sparrows today, even had two wood pigeons. Plus the usual gang of starlings. Still, plenty of food to go round.

I had a similar problem when a family of Jackdaws mastered the art of clinging to the fat ball feeder

I manufactured a cage from two empty wire hanging baskets around the feeder. Several of the blueys coming to my feeder at the moment have beaks full of moss and grass. They be nest building
