Fungi in the lawn

Could anyone suggest what species is shown in the attached photo? I've tried looking it up in a couple of books but I couldn't positively identify it. The lawn is full of them, which I understand is probably beneficial.

Google images suggest it could be Glistening Inkcap mushrooms. Other than that I have not a clue. :-)

Yes, looks like it could be that one; thanks. I looked further using Google Images, but couldn't find anything closer. Here's a shot of the underside of the fungi. They actually look quite tasty - but I don't think I'll be trying them

Be carefull Chris! For every good mushroom there are sometimes 10 other mutated, poisonous 'cousins' which look all the same!
