Thank you JS, The HBHM was not far from here. Went over there 4 mornings in a row to get some clips at 0800.

If I knew what Valerian was, I'd love to help out
As the others said, fab footage of the Hummingbird Hawkmoth, I've yet to see one this year.... I'm waiting for next doors buddliea to bloom, as that's where I've always seen mine!
Some more lizard- whispering is good to see, and I don't think I've ever seen Swollen Thigh Beetles interacting (fighting or procreating I'm not sure!!)

Wow what a variety of birds, beasties bugs and wildlife you found in past month, just shows you what you can find if you take the time to look!

Thank you PB, if you did find valerian plants, they come up every year, did think my self about putting some in big pots, as it looks like they could spread a lot. But they are nectar rich for butterflies and the HBHM. A nice mixed bag For May.

June was most challenging but got there in the end. Some flowers, waterbirds and local history.
