Amazing footage. :nod: I would be interested to know if it managed to eat it's catch as the Stickleback's name suggests they are prickly customers.
I saw one of my Blackbirds catch a fully grown Common Newt and often seen them getting tadpoles.
P.S. I rescued the newt because the bird had absolutely no chance of the making a meal of it. :shake:

I have still only seen one blackbird chick although I still think there is a second one somewhere.
The one has been playing hide and seek with it's Dad but so far unsuccessfully.

I have seen the same baby today along with it's dad beavering away to find food. The female flies in occasionally always going to the same place a few feet away from the nest site. Her charge seems a lot more sedentary and I've yet to spot it.
