Cheers PB. It's been one of my best go to places for 8 or so years now at sunrise. Like I say, alone with the deer and watching the sunrise over the moors is something else.

A great morning up there Snappy. A tad wet underfoot as we have had thunderstorms here the last two days. But we need it.

A great morning up there Snappy. A tad wet underfoot as we have had thunderstorms here the last two days. But we need it.

A couple of prickets this morning. The big stags were shrouded in mist on the moors above so I had to take to the fields and woods. Come the rut (due to start in the next few weeks) some of the stags will come down from the moors and the prickets will be a bit more wary.
