Was quite busy for a while in the garden this morning. Starlings, blackbirds, sparrows, and three blue tits. Most I have had of them at the same time. And of course the two pied wagtails nearby.

We usually have no more than 3 magpies. Today there were 7 gathering in a tree at the bottom of the garden.

One for sorrow,
Two for joy,
Three for a girl,
Four for a boy,
Five for silver,
Six for gold,
Seven for a secret,
Never to be told .............. :)
