No Jacksparrow. I had a telephone conversation with the powers that be, but nothing was resolved.

Update, will try and get me in somewhere closer to home. But it will be up to the doctors surgery.

Got my jab on Wednesday. Done in Baptiste Church Hall which really was the only place suitable.

Arrived with wife slightly early. We gave details at reception area, deleted from list and given form for nurse/doctor to fill in. Went into main area set up with cubicles. We were both met by someone and taken to cubicle and asked about six question,

Which arm would you like it in?

OK -Needle in - vaccine in - see you in three months - out

All over in five minutes - very slick operation.

Think it was the Pfizer jab we got.

Very good Peregrine.
On the local news last night it gave a breakdown percentage wise the take up in the westcountry counties for the age groups. 75 plus well over 80% all areas. 70s plus, for Devon the take up is only 54% No reason was given, but i suppose it must be causing some concern.

It is going quite well in my area. They are currently doing the 65-70 group along with clinically risky people.

Had my first vaccination today. Had to go into the city. Straight in and out, hardly any waiting at all.

Don't get too excited about the super powers. They are very limited and short lived :( . Mine came and went while I was in bed or I think that what happened.
