The young hedgehog that has taken up residence in the tub feeder has taken in even more material. Had a quick look and saw a beady eye looking at me. Was near the entrance with just a part of its head showing.

Got a nice video of the hedgehog nesting inside the feeder. Don't know now that it is a young one, going by its crinkly nose. But it was sure having a good sniff.

While out with the doggy on last walk last night I spotted 2 young hedgehogs. They were the other side of the estate, feeding from a cat bowl. The lady whose garden they were in feeds a ginger cat that was left by someone who moved. The cat only has 3 legs.

Oh dear. I have to make another trip down to hoggy lady.

MIL phoned me at 3pm to say there was a teeny hoglet sat on my drive, so I made her stick it in a box. She said she thought it was dead, it wassn't doing anything.
I weighed it and it's not much over 200g.
Coincidentally last time I went to hog lady's house I was expecting a grocery delivery. And what is due tonight? A grocery delivery. I'm not ordering one again.

Caught a juvenile hedgehog in the garden tonight. Has been coming in for several weeks now. Took it in to weigh. Was 463gr. That's not bad as it wont hibernate yet.
