Last evening in the gentle rays of a stunning sunset came 3 LTTs to the bird bath. All had drinkies but failed to avail themselves of the opportunity to bathe .
Can't please 'em all all of the time .

3 LTTS again this evening. Must be the same 3 as the other day. They must remember.

This morning 5 LTTs were drinking.
Beginning to realise just what a magnet the new birdbath is.
Conversely, will it be less so when the rain arrives? At the moment I'm getting birds in unprecedented numbers and of types I rarely see.

Birds are finding that chances to drink water and even bathe in it are in short supply at present. Until the rains return expect there to be a steady queue.

I was totally in awe of the bunch of these beautiful little birds that found my feeder today
It was a bunch of them, around 10 maybe, hard to count as they move so quick, and I think they are juveniles :D
Couldn't get a good picture of them, these are the better ones:

LTTs usually visit in family groups so it is quite likely there were juveniles in their number. Always welcome visitors.

Had five LTTs in the garden this morning, munching away at suet cake. First for several years I would say.
