Re: CATS
my trailcam has revealed that a neighbour's cat spends long periods of time in the middle of the night hanging around my backdoor and patio. I am fairly tolerant as long as it keeps away during the day. It does use a couple of places to "spray" and occasionally other cats turn up to enjoy the fragrance
But now it is starting to annoy me because after a couple of weeks of sniffing the hedgehog food suspiciously it has decided it is worth eating.
I know my neighbour feeds it well as I did it for him one weekend when the usual cat minder let him down so why does it have to eat the hedgie's grub?

Re: CATS
I finally tired of having the garden seat cover having a nightly anointment of cat pee and all the local moggies coming along to enjoy the aroma. I read on-line that cats do not like the smell of lavender so I decided to hack a small branch off my plant and position it my the favoured spraying point. We are nearly a week in and lo and behold no further puddles in the morning
I am certain there is another spot for me still to identify but for the time being I will bask in my success.
