Registered 84F yesterday and it was 72F for starters this morning. Lawn crispy.

Another hot day here. Too hot for me. In fact I left home for my walk at 7am this morning. Was lovely though with a slight breeze. Really a nice quiet time to walk.

The Irish commentator this aft was speaking to an Indian commentator during the Ireland v India T20I match. The Indian remarked that the weather was wonderful and the Irishman replied that they hadn't seen a summer like this since 1976 when it lasted for 3 months !!
I hadn't really realised that Ireland had had it too .

Reached just 80F toady - quite cool really .
