It is always good to see a Yellowhammer as they are very much less common nowadays.

A jackdaw on the hanging seed feeders. I am used to them clinging to the fatball feeder but it was the first time on the seed feeders

Seen a lovely bird up the lanes on the hedge. Had a good idea what it was but wanted to look it up to make sure. And sure enough it was confirmed. A linnet. Not seen one of those in years.

Sadly one of the rarer sightings nowadays. I have not seen one for some time.

In the merry month of May,
I saw a jay
The other day.
And another jay
Came toady
