Can't send PM

This is for Kev, please:
Twice in the last week (and now again tonight) I thought I'd sent you a PM but on looking in my Outbox and Sent box there is no trace and you haven't replied so I think either I'm doing something wrong or something else is wrong.

Aaaaaanyway, the problem is that Greenfinch can't access The Forum - don't know why.
She's even tried to come in under another name (Stonechat) and that doesn't work either. Can you help her ??

You can certainly send PMs according to your permissions. Try moving your mouse over there ------> and clicking the envelope icon that pops up.

I'll email greenfinch with a new password. Stonechat wouldn't work as there's no account with that name.

Sorry to bring this old topic back up .... but I don't know where else to find info about permissions for sending PMs.
I am not authorised to send PMs it says , is there a rule about it?
