I have had a long look at your Coal Tit and I think it is more likely to be a Marsh Tit it's rarer cousin.

Could well be. Can be hard to tell the apart also the willow tit which is known to be around Pennington Flash.

Very few people claim to be able to differentiate between Willow and Marsh Tits. I chose Marsh because it is more common than Willow.
