This is just an experiment to see what the video has turned out like. I screwed a macro/closeup lens to the front of the video camera. What it basically does is magnify the object, so just a glorified magnifying glass. But the images are very good. My thinking is that say for butterflies and bees it would get more detail as you can see in the fly clip. Only problem is keeping camera still, plus a no no in a good breeze. But I was quite satisfied with the quick clips. My monopod may come in handy to stabilize a bit better. Case of trial and error, and able to get close to the critters.

Did wonder what sort of ladybird it was. Cant wait to get a butterfly or bee.
