Part one of the adventure, was managing to arrive in time for the 1pm guided hare walk, with a brief amount of time to prior, to peer out onto the water, and also have a very tasty hot sausage roll and a cup of coffee!
As I've mentioned in a couple of other threads, it was massively wet, so a lot of the subject matter is going to be samey, but hopefully I've managed to get some interesting shots.

Oh you did well PB, decent light that day aswell. Is your tree sparra bush no a house sparra bush? Av still never seen a Hare so thanks for sharing your sightings

A nice selection of photo's P,B from wide angle to very... close up

You found plenty to see, I don't recall seeing Hares or Little Grebe.

Thanks Linda, I'm pretty sure they are tree sparrows, brown heads and not grey... they have both species there

Thanks Snappy... the guide was on a mission to see more hares than the guide from the previous week lol. I didn't realise it was a Little Grebe until I looked at the photo, it was taken from the viewing platform outside the cafe, so a fair distance away, it just looked to be moving differently to the other birds out there
