Some of you may remember my daughter had an African pygmy hedgehog called Tyr...he was a great natured wee boy, and loved chasing the cat

Sadly he had to be put to sleep yesterday and I was the chosen one to go with her

She has been warned no more pets..she still has Leon the house cat

RIP Tyr

Always sad to lose a pet friend.

We used to have a small plot 90 x 90 cm out back just below the middle of our balcony as our small pet cemetery for birds, mice and a hamster. Eventually I planted roses there. Now my daughters are 21 and 23 years ond and have moved away. One of the rose bushes is over 2 metres and the little plum tree in its corner over 4 metres high. But the tilted, moss covered headstone is still there surrounded by black currant bushes and older roses. My condolances to you and your daughter.
