I leave a trailcam out in the garden during daylight hours, just to see what is about.
Here is the first video. I save the best clips over several weeks.

A good selection of birds plus Woodmouse. I wish I could have a ground feeder like that but the Ferals would descend and clear it in seconds

Brilliant stuff, and a special guest appearance from a mouse!

Interesting to see the different sizes and feeding styles as well. You might also get good results with a bird bath.

Thank you jacksparrow and kev. was surprised that a woodmouse would come out in the day. I do have a bird bath come hedgehog watering dish. happens to be next to the camera on the right of it. Is one of those large plant pot saucers.

Hi John, many thanks for watching. That particular trail cam is a stealthcam, it does 4K but i have it set to the best HD at the moment. I find 4K takes an age to upload to youtube and takes a lot out of the batteries. But will give it another try on 4K later on probably during breeding season. I can get an external battery pack for it that uses a sealed gel battery. But at the moment it uses 12 AA batteries.

That is a nice selection of birds (and mammals ) you have there Willpar , loved watching this and I hope we get more videos to watch

Hi butterfly, many thanks for watching and glad you enjoyed it. Don`t know why i never thought of it earlier. But shall continue with it, as you never know what may turn up.
That actual camera is a Stealthcam DS4K. It does 4K videos but not using that mode at the moment.
