Just 62F and chilly wind. What a waste !!

Have had some much needed rain here. Not as much as forecast though.

Quite warm and sunny here today. Not a bad day at all.

Topped 76F today, this year's record so far. Sat outside at lunchtime and was much gratified to note that the birds were feeding away happily and quite ignoring me.
That probably elicits the "So what ??" response but it's strange - some years they simply will not come down if I'm sitting out. Don't know why because my hooligan behaviour varies little from year to year.
