The Tour of Britain is on every day on ITV4 - lovely scenery on the route.

I don't like seeing when the helicopter scares the cows though

Did not watch cycling before but now I understand some of the terms (Peleton etc) I am beginning to enjoy. Unfortunately I couldn't go to watch when they went through Castle Douglas.

Midday today on ITV4. Stage Four, Denbigh to Builthy Wells. Assume this could be in Wales but I don't really know. Someone put me out my misery.

Yes, they were in Wales yesterday - the midday broadcast is yesterday's highlights.

Today's stage is Aberdare (in South Wales) to Bath - live coverage starts at 1pm.

Highlights also on 8pm - 9.05pm ITV 4

The program has been on BBC4 a couple of times this week. A little drawn out I thought(90 minutes) but nevertheless interesting. It's worth catching up on i-player if you haven't seen it.

Thought it was a bit long as well, interesting.

Now sunday on BBC2 The wild west. Different animals from the west coast of the US of A.

Coming up on BBC four over xmas. Slow tv. One of those silent ones again apart from the natural sounds. This time a camera or two on board the Flying Scotsman. All aboard, Choo, Choo.
