You could just check:

User Control Panel >
Overview >
Board Preferences >
Edit Global Settings

Then make sure you're on:

My timezone: (UTC) Western European Time, Greenwich Mean Time

and ensure:

'Summer Time/DST is in effect' is marked 'NO'
