Went out on last doggy walk @ 2200 hours. The ground was white with hail. Is a mix of rain and sleet now. But it is sure cold in that wind.

Had some sleet and snow on and off yesterday after dark

Could see there was snow on the hills towards Dartmoor this morning. Nothing here though. Thought maybe might wake up to a bit but no.

Yes the new boiler fired up yesterday afternoon. no fingerless gloves today I gave them to Jacksparrow to ware with his snowboots I think we have grown right softies.
Strong wind today and very cold.

We did have snow but barely a covering. Snow boots would have been overkill
Thanks for the fingerless gloves Greenfinch. Pink is not really my colour if I'm honest but at least I'll be able to find them in the snow. That's if we get any more.

Certainly was blowing overnight. Not as bad this morning, but I did get caught in a squall as I was finishing doggy walk. Hail rain and wind.
