I have never seen a gull doing it repeatedly before, just swimming along dives and grabs a crab. He did have a load of them while we watched on. It was on a tidal river, perhaps they were concentrated in the low water... I took so many photo's :photo: :photo: :D

Good one Snappy.... I haven't seen them catching prey rapidly, but I've often seen them swishing prey to presumably wash it
