A few from yesterdays walk. Nice to see the new cob, less than a day old and full of energy. Not the best of the GSW but now she is on her nest I kept some distance.

I like the gsw poking it's head out Bob. Looks like you had a nice wander, you could frame that photo of the horses.

Cheers Snappy. The cobs have been there since I started walking there 12 years ago. Pretty much left to their own devices including when they give birth. Full of mischief and had lots of fun mingling in with them.

A clip of the new cob yesterday for the cute factor (ignoring the blood). Still unsure how to share videos properly from flickr so may not work. The cobs are owned by a traveller and pretty much left to their own devices as mentioned. They do get occasional straw deliveries and water when times are hard though and they are amazingly resilient animals. Although they are relatively small they are stocky, maybe around chin height depending how tall you are. Quite a few years back when I was amongst them and they were bothered by flies one accidently stamped on my foot. It was a bit of an ouchy moment.

Haha... that's fab Bob (I just clicked where it says sequence 01_1) D'you think it has a hint of the Goodies haggis about it, going round in circles, but only to the right... the 2 left legs must be slightly longer
It didn't seem to take long to gain some steadiness though
