Tops was 74F yesterday. Today is set to be hotter and then the rot sets in and we're back to the dreaded 'seasonal norm' by tomorrow night .
A much appreciated gift though, after a long and difficult winter.

78F this afternoon. It was just like standing in front of a glass-blowing furnace.

70F, lovely and sunny until 2 pm: a blanket of white cloud and then grey clouds. Thought it would rain but it didn't.
At 5 pm out came the sun again but temp. has dropped to 66F.
Excellent summer this year, I thought .

What a difference a day makes. This morning was cloudy, cold and damp feeling in the air. Sun eventually came out mid afternoon.
