I would think they belong to RSPB ,they are wild ponies from Poland I think they can stand the NE cold.

The Long Tailed Tits are now regular at the feeders! also we had 4 Greenfinches, good news as we haven't had any for over a year

They are called Konik ponies they eat all the rough grass and rashes they are looked on as a bit wild ,but they are never near the walk paths.

I was just thinking about them keeping the grass in check and providing manure, which helps other wildlife or is that mostly cowpats here?
I remember you telling us of the Konik ponies now, greenfinch - d'oh

Great that the LTTs are regulars now - they look so sort of fluffy, like chicks
