A youngster having a nibble at my feet this morning (not nibbling my feet btw).
So close Bob... very nice photo
Had 5 within 20 to 30 ft or so today. I never hide but just stand at the edge and all the lot popped over for a good 10 minutes. Four adults and this nipper. The nipper came right to my feet before sussing something was out of whack. Gave up taking photos as had a 100-500 lens on so just enjoyed the moment.
Side view profile yesterday. Same pose, same time and same place except the leveret was closer and in the shadows cast by the hedgerow I was standing in front of. At the moment the leverets are half the size, half the calories and will be able to make baby leverets at 10-11 months old. That's pretty much all I know about them apart from how the youngsters hide when born.
