I concur - very brrrrrrr today. Temp. lurched upwards to 39F but felt much chillier than that.

well, those tiny white balls that look like polystyrene and blow about like them coming down diagonally

Early snow. Big, grown-up snowflakes but it was 34F so now we have boring light drizzle.
