I watched the Hog programme and I thought it was very good. Brian may featured heavily as he has set up a hog sanctuary on his estate at his own expense.

Must say I did like the programme. I did wonder where that sanctuary was. The soft release place was good as well. Very large.

I think they said his estate was in Hertfordshire.

One was sitting in the bottom right corner at the weekend and I was worried it might have been a runt or a bit unwell but it seemed to rejoin the group. One or two look a few days older than the others. The yellow extra wide mouth bit seems to be much smaller on those as if they're developing quicker. I think they still have a way to go yet though (7-10 more days?). You can still see quite a lot of pink on them when they're preening and the wings are still a bit stumpy yet.
