Thank you greenfinch2. I think you may be needing yours before myself though. But it is a timely warning. I shall also be getting the snow shovel to a more handy location.

First frost last night. No panic though - temp. had risen to 44F by 8 am :)

Colder this morning, in fact there was ice in some shallow puddles over the fields. But quite a pleasant day, with lots of sunshine.

I had to scrape the frost of my windscreen this morning for the first time this winter. :cold2:
Looking on the brightside the cold north easterly wind is perfect for bringing the Waxwings over from Scandinavia. My Rowan berries are on standby. :nod:
