This was from February this year, we had a young Buzzard that would perch and stay around on an old Beech tree for hours at a time during winter, seemed to be getting grubs or something from the grass below.

Got very Lucky with a pair of Goldfinches nesting in a spot where they would perch near the nesting spot on look out in case of danger before swooping into the nest.

Lovely shot Mr Kes, I think the goldies have done very well this year here as got tons of teenagers the now and some still begging for food :shrug:

Thanks Linda. It has been a little quieter down here on the Goldies this year, I think a lot of it is down to the dry summer, less things to eat I think. but yes the youngsters are always nice to see.
