Great video!
I don't think dropping that electrical pump or bubble maker in the pool would have hurt the Bear. If it was at mains voltage, then how irresponsible to have it there with kids about.
Probably SELV ( Safety Extra Low Voltage).

The thing that surprised me the most was the mother and FIVE cubs. I knew bears regularly had two cubs and sometimes three but FIVE
