Proper rain has just started at last but there's an orange glow over everything and the setting

is huge.

This affie I listened to a chap named Michael O'Gallagher who is a Donegal man and whose forte is forecasting the weather.
Now this guy was at the front when they handed out the craic

- what a Star, mile a minute natter. Very entertaining (although he didn't mean to be !!).
Aaaannyway, he predicts that all the rest of this week will be vairy vairy changeable BUT we will have a very good Autumn. It all has something to do with the August moon which apparently was a bit on the dodgy side and guaranteed the changeables - which is indeed what we are enduring.
So, if we don't drown and manage to hang on then we can look forward to a wonderful season of mellow thingies

. Isn't that nice ........
