My garden has never been a permanent home for Coal Tits and they are irregular visitors. I have one at the moment who is busily reducing the SFHs one by one.

I had a visit from a young female Sparrowhawk this morning. She had grabbed a Collared Dove from out of my neighbours tree(I think) and was devouring it on top of my garden wall. I have some photos which I will post later.

Despite the continuing warmish weather I'm sensing that bird visits to the garden are now increasing. Just the usual suspects at present minus the Wood Pigeons.
