2021 is currently looking like a bumper year for berries on my Rowan, however, should there be a period of hot dry weather between now and autumn this could dramatically change.
The berries on mine are green, so cant see how many there are. But a bit off topic, Have never seen so many blackberry flowers. Could be a bumper year.

The berries on mine are green but they are easy to see.
I took a closer look at mine and there are lots of green berries. I did notice a wood pigeon on it the other day. Don`t know if they would eat green berries.

Woodies usually wait until the berries have ripened.
Not quite trees, but this year i vowed to tackle the pyracantha hedge. It has been getting to wide, high and wild. No doubt there will be a few bald patches when i have finished, but needs to be done, so i can manage it better.

Don't worry about bald patches as Pyracwotsits have a good capacity to recover from very heavy pruning. Go for it Willpar but make sure you wear your best leather gardening gloves,
Have been getting on the the hedge cutting. Am on the last part of it now. Can only go as fast as the council takes the clippings away which is once a fortnight. So now i have an empty bin to fill again. Hopefully this will be the end of it.
