Good afternoon evryone, I'm constructing the above nestbox and I can find entrance hole sizes sooo easily. What is the desired dimention of the wall thickness through which the birds access the box?

Probably depends on the size of tenant you're after.

Hi there :wave2: if you scroll down and down, and down, on this BBC website it tells you that the ideal thickness of the wood used should be 15 mm.

It appears to be because of both insulation and air con !!, both vital to the wellbeing of baby chicks.
