A first for me as i have never seen one before. But just now in my garden a leucistic starling. Just about all yellow apart from dark patches.

Managed to get a video.

A first for me but I was interested to see it was moulting and getting spotty adult feathers so it is only partly leucistic.

:wow: I've never seen one, thanks Willpar :) . That must be a great disadvantage for them because it makes them more visible to predators :(

I have a young blackbird with a damaged wing in the garden at present. :( It first appeared yesterday and it is scampering around looking for quiet area in the garden. It was with me the this morning but absent this afternoon so it may have gone under the fence to next door.

Small pile of feathers in the garden just now. Either a dunnock or robin fledgling. Cat or hawk no doubt.
