Maybe not in this one, but they have been caught in few cases red handed, on camera, beating to death with a baseball bat a ghosthawk trapped in a cage, and other birds of pray and nothing happened to them, just a slap on the wrist and "don't do it again" . It's beyond cruel! The same people went ahead to do the same again and again nothing happened. So its not just the case of not being able to catch them but sending a clear message that if they are caught it will still be fine and not to worry. Absolutely outrageous. They are behaving like a proper mafia.Jacksparrow wrote: ↑Sun Feb 13, 2022 9:25 pmUnless a person is caught red-handed actually shooting the bird no prosecution is likely. Just because they are the prime suspect doesn't actually mean they're guilty. Frustrating I know but that is the law.
