I have a couple of broods of fledglings that nested under the eves on my house that I've been filming. They have largely learned to feed themselves now. They're still working on table manners.

Thanks all.

One of the juveniles has taught themselves how to drink from the pond.

The last chick fledged from the Starling nest on my roof on 9th May (video below) and a couple of days later I noticed that the location was being prepared for another brood. This morning I saw adults taking in small food items. So it's taken less than a month turnaround from brood 1 chicks fledging to brood 2 chicks hatching.

I'm wondering if the location could host three broods this year.

They've now learned that water isn't just for drinking!
