Whilst out and about earlier I spotted a white buddleia in full bloom :eek:. Mine is still in bud stage and quite a way from flowering :(.

My purple one is well in flower now. Butterflies have been visiting :butterfly: :butterfly: :butterfly: :nod:

This arrived in my garden this morning about 0900 It is a Hornet Hoverfly. (Volucella Zonaria)
It fooled me for ages into thinking it was a type of bee or wasp. Apparently it is harmless to humans.
