Looks like just two hedgehogs coming in at the moment, one adult and a juvenile.
I'm fairly sure that I only have one visiting now. There are some cold nights forecast during the coming 7 days so I'm thinking it's nearly bed time for them. :hedgehog: :cold2:

I am still putting out food every night and most of it gets eaten. Cold frosty weather is forecast for the end of the week so it might be hibernation time.

It was a good frost last night but the hog came as usual and it has already been tonight. Mrs. JS said it must be very hungry to want to come out when its very cold and I think she is right.

Another very cold night but they still came. A fully grown one and a half grown one. It was the first time we'd seen the smaller one.

They can manage quite well in the cold, so is not the problem. It is the scarcity of food this time of the year. Am putting out some extra for them to keep the furnace going.

Me too but they only half emptied the bowl last night. It is forecast to be very cold again tonight so we'll see how much gets consumed.

Went out with some food again just after 10pm. There were two juveniles at the wall feeder and one had been marked which looked quite fresh. looks like to me that others are feeding them as well, which is good, especially this time of the year.
