Hi nuthatch, as far as I know am the only one in my street that has lodges and probably feed them. But in the general area I think more feed them cause some have had green paint n them. But there are garden sheds and decking around.

I think there are more people feeding them than you think going by the numbers you get visiting. Cats like you to think that they'll starve without a little bit of food and the same goes for Hedgies too :) probably.

The roads/streets ought to be allocated a different colour to dab them with :laugh: then you'd know where they'd been :unsure:

Already been tried Placi. Something a little brighter like hi-viz yellow would be good and then the drivers could see them on dark nights. :nod:

HI Vis waistcoats would be great, with the reflective strips.

Caught a whopper last night 1170gr. Gave it a mark, but seen the remnants of one of my previous marks on it.
