Sunflower
Sunflower
Good morning all,
I have been growing these from seed since April. I have been really happy with how they turned out as I am new to growing...well anything really. I have approx 15 of these. I don't know if they a correct name but I knew them as "Teddy Bear Sunflowers"

They look cracking. Never seen those flowers before. They look amazingly soft so I can understand the teddy bear name.

Thanks johnjohnd83 wrote:Jacksparrow,

The only thing I can see to fault them is that they don't look very bee friendly. Do the insects have problem getting at the pollen?
Re: Sunflower
We have had a couple of bees and a few butterfly's on them so they must be getting something. I wouldn't say they rave about them like some other plants Jack if I am honest mate.
