Lots of calling at the Starling nest site!

So not so much what I saw but what I heard.

This is a video of a fox but I'd like some help to ID the owl call which doesn't sound like the usual Tawny owls I hear in the garden, It's brief so I've repeated it several times.

I've always had a good number of Starlings here in the Chilterns year round.
