Went out with bird food this morning, noticed that one of the limbs f the rowan had broken off in the wind. Not a large limb hick wise. Good spot butterfly. For some reason for the past two winters they have stopped coming in the carpark here, where I would feed them.

Not seen by me but reported in Devon birds yesterday. Three parakeets seen over the way. Just around a few hundred yards from where I live.

Yes butterfly, they will take a hedgehog if they can. One trick they use is to stand behind it and not move. Then when the hedgehog starts to walk which may take a while, grab hold of it by its back leg.
