Loch of the Lowes - Staff have confirmed the youngest chick has died.

That`s a shame.

Have a read at the Glaslyn blog. Too much for me to recall and the eldest chick has died. Aran the male couldn't fish. Have a look at the blog.

That is very distressing to read, and so worrying for the remaining 2 chicks . I wonder what happened to Aran's wing feathers. Will follow this blog now, hoping for better news

Just hope there are no more sad events at either nest and all the chicks get to migrate. Not sure what happened to Aran's wing feathers, maybe got involved with another Osprey while defending his nest. We may never know.

Chick 2 died in Glaslyn nest last night . This is so tragic.

Good view of the chicks at Loch of the Lowes. Eldest chick is a fair bit bigger than the other chick.

Appears all three Glaslyn chick have died. No indication of the cause. Very, very sad. The cam is not live but playing a recording.

Two surviving chicks at Loch of the Lowes look like they are doing well..
