I have now started feeding my Tadpoles. I use floating fish sticks which as the name suggests are made for pond fish but they(the Tadpoles) seem to like them.

The tadpoles are still doing fine. The biggest look as though they may be getting their rear legs soon and some are still relatively small for their age.

There is a certain chemical (whose name I have known but for the moment forgotten

) which facilitates the growth and presumably governs the rate of growth. I think it may be in short supply in my ponds as I seldom get Froglets before August
