One of the pied wagtails has come back this morning. Is rather cold out there.

See them at my local shopping centre. Guess people drop food.

Not seen the pied wagtail since last Monday. Hope a cat never got it. So, none at the moment. But a robin waits in the hawthorn for some mealworms.

I see Pied Wagtails in the busy town centre. I also see them 300 yards away down by the river but never any in the village. Strange!!!

I have been getting another pied wagtail now and again. But when I throw out some mealworms it flies off. I think it comes back when I have gone indoors, but it seems strange not having them. Have been a fixture in winter for a number of years now.

I think sometimes the birds think you're waving at them instead of suppling goodies. A little more training required I think. :) :feedbirds:

It came back at dusk and had a few mealworms, plus the robin.
