First day I've seen fledgies - baby sparrows. One on the grass receiving a lecture from mum and another on the fence being fed. It all comes at once .......

A fledgling Blackbird but about a month after leaving the nest in the garden today. I saw my first sparrow fledgling of the year too.

This youngster stood on the wall by the vine for three hours this afternoon. It reminded me of when I was young my parents went into the pub for a drink and left me outside with a bottle of Vimto.

Lots of Sparrows and noisy Sturks got my first Blackbird today ,Im still waiting for some Goldfinch .

I had a quick count of the Sturklets today. I rapidly reached 15 but there may have been more. :eek:

Starling, Sparrow (house), Blue and Great Tit, Goldfinch young all regular visitors to feeding station. Other half thought she saw a young Robin which we have had in the past. Will keep my eyes open.
