Have a robin diving in and out of the garden. Have resorted to putting some dried mealworms and suet pellets under the hedge. Did not take long to find them.

I don't think I've been forgiven for being late with brekkers the other day :(. Opened back door today (right on time !) and down flew Rexit onto the patio wall. This mirrors his normal behaviour during the frantic 'feed the nestlings' time in Spring and which he hasn't done since then.
I threw him 3 pieces of suet pellets which he ate at his leisure and then flew off.
Lost my meggles obviously :cry3:

Fear not. You'll suddenly become his best buddy if the weather takes a turn for the worst

I finally moved to my new place, and the first bird I see in the garden is robin! He sings all the time! I've never seen a bird sing so much, and he is doing it really loudly, clearly loves it :D . I named him Luciano  He also thoroughly inspected all my plants

Robins are territorial beasts and their welcome should not be taken for granted. I suggest an offering of food should be a priority before he takes exception to your presence.
